ngredients for Pottukadala Laddu Recipe
Roasted gram(Pottukadala) - 1 cup
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup(powdered)
Cardamom powder(Elakka podi) - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 4 tbsp(crushed)
Preparation Method of Pottukadala Laddu Recipe
1)For preparing pottukadala laddu, first heat pottukadala and grind it.
2)Fry cashew nuts in ghee.
3)Add powdered kadala, sugar and cardamom powder into ghee.
4)Remove from flame and make laddus as lemon sized balls.
5)Pottukadala laddu is ready.
